Who we are
HelpOne is run by Northlight Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16897842. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. We decide how your details are used (we are the "controller").
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, work email, company, whether you are an agency or a group, the number of brands if you give it, and your message.
The site has no analytics, no advertising and sets no cookies. If you use the light or dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about using HelpOne. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you asked us to answer. We do not add you to a mailing list or sell or share your details for marketing.
Who handles it for us
- SendBeam, Northlight Media's own email platform, receives the form, stores your message and emails it to our team. Its providers are listed in SendBeam's privacy notice.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We delete an enquiry within 24 months of our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer terms apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use them, or have a copy to take elsewhere. To ask, use the enquiry form and say it is a privacy request. We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
